Delivery details
Free delivery and handling on orders totalling £150 or more (mainland UK only). A £10 delivery and handling charge applies to orders totalling less than £150. Orders being delivered outside mainland UK will be charged at cost, based on total weight and final destination. Please contact us for more information.
Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday via courier service to your home, your workplace or to any other specified address. Please provide us with any special instructions when placing your order if you know that nobody will be available for the delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days and delivery may take an additional 24 hours. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
Packaging
Kings uses top quality packaging and multiple product orders will often be packed into a specially designed outer bag to minimise the risk of loss or damage during transportation. Please inspect all deliveries within 48 hours of receipt to ensure they are satisfactory and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
Quality
Kings only supplies the highest quality seed and related products, and will never compromise on quality, reliability or service. We make every effort to provide and supply products as stated.
Availability may vary subject to season and peaks of high demand, so we recommend you order well in advance of when the goods are required.
Terms and Conditions
Seed returned will only be credited if the packs remain unopened and can be resold during the same season. Special mixtures cannot be returned. You are responsible for the safe return of goods to our distribution centre. You will receive a full refund less 15% handling charge.
The advice and recommendations contained in this catalogue have been provided to the best of our ability. No liability will be accepted for any actions taken by growers as a result of this information.
